We always aim to welcome you in person for check-in. If that’s not possible, we offer a convenient self check-in option via a secure local collection point. Full instructions, including how to access the keys and enter the home, will be sent to you prior to arrival. Please check with us before you travel so we can confirm the best check-in option for your stay.

We’ll provide detailed instructions during your stay. In some cases, a member of our team may collect the keys from you directly. Otherwise, you’ll be able to return them at a nearby secure location.

We’re happy to accommodate an earlier check-in whenever possible, free of charge, for your convenience. If the home isn’t ready, we can often offer a secure luggage drop-off as an alternative. Please check with us in advance to confirm availability. If you require guaranteed early access (from 8 am onwards), we recommend booking the night before to ensure the home is ready upon your arrival. Our housekeeping team needs time to prepare the home for incoming guests. While late check-out is not always possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever we can. Contact us in advance so we can explore the options available for your stay.
